We're Hiring: Director of Volunteer Services

The full-time exempt position of Director of Volunteer Services will lead the Volunteer Services Department, which connects volunteers with opportunities to serve some of this country’s poorest citizens. This is an exciting, fast-paced environment in which tens of thousands of volunteers are scheduled for their volunteer experience, provided with extensive training and preparation materials and followed up with after their experiences. The Director supervises a small team that works to provide ASP’s volunteers with life-changing experiences.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and two to three years of personnel management experience. Youth ministry or Christian education experience will be a plus. Salary based on experience. Excellent benefits will be provided.
