Center Information

Sleeping Quarters: Volunteers will sleep on the stage and on the gym floor. There is no air conditioning, so volunteers should bring box fans. Because of restricted sleeping space, volunteers should bring twin sized cots or air mattresses along with their bedding.

Cafeteria/Kitchens: There is a cafeteria in the same wing of the building as the gymnasium. It’s a small space but can be multipurpose for meetings and evening gatherings. The food will be prepared at another school and delivered to the center for each meal, as this center’s kitchen is non-operational.

ShowersVolunteers will shower in a shower trailer behind the building.

Recreation Space: There is space for recreation and evening gatherings in the cafeteria and in green space all around the outside of the building.

Closest Medical Facility: Morristown Hamblen Hospital – 908 West 4th Street, Morristown, TN 37814
